That will likely show as line protocol down. Did it stop when you deleted VLAN 7 somehow or somewhere? And I think what you are saying is that the ping worked between the switches for 'a while' (you still haven't defined that) and then stopped. All your interfaces seem to be configured for VLAN 7 but it doesn't exist, at least on the Cisco. Both switches show port are up, but can't ping form either. The Brocade switch port used is port 1/1/48Ĭommunications worked for a while but are now not working. The Cisco switch port used is port 1/0/48 UNIT 1: compiled on at 21:57:32 labeled as ICX64R08030c Thanks, MarcelloĪh, one last thing, how do you change the brocade's DNS server? Console? it's still 192.168.1.1 (pfsense is 10.10.20.We are trying to connect a Cisco 3750-48 to a Brocade ICX6450 switch. How can this be done? I have already tried to configure 1/1/1 and 1/1/7 (via web gui) in dual mode (tagged and untagged) but with no results. What I would like is that depending on which SSID you connect to, you are assigned to the Lan net or Guest net. I have everything on the ve 1 interface (like a L2 switch), on port 1/1/1 I connected the router while on the 1/1/7 port I connected the access point. I've already set up:ġ) vlan id 57 on pfsense with subnet 10.10.57.0/24 (I know, "you have an 元 switch and you use pfsense for vlan?" well, I prefer it because it's more comfortable for me)Ģ) Enabled DHCP server on pfsense for GuestnetĤ) on the cisco access point I created a new SSID Guest with VLAN ID 57ĥ) On the switch I don't know where to start. What I would like to do is create a vlan for guests. I have a pfsense router (dedicated box), a brocade switch, and a cisco access point.
